Salary and Benefits at CBSL
CBSL offers a highly competitive compensation package designed to attract and retain top talent. Below is the salary structure for various roles:
- Deputy Manager will get a package of around ₹11 lakh per annum which includes salary along with DA, HRA, conveyance allowance, mediclaim and other leaves.
- Assistant Manager will get around ₹7 lakh per annum which includes salary, DA, HRA, conveyance allowance, performance incentives and other benefits.
- Junior Officer appointed on contract will get a monthly salary of ₹34,800 in the first year, ₹37,200 in the second year and ₹40,800 in the third year, totalling around ₹4.17 lakh per annum (excluding leaves).
